If you’ve ever wanted to master making fresh rice noodles, on your own— this is the class for you!

Your cooking instructor will pick you up from the meeting point and take you for a street food snack. After enjoying a tasty morsel from one of our favorite local vendors, we arrive in a Thai home and have a cooling drink. Now it’s time to mix the batter for your noodles and get them into the steamer.

In this cooking class, our guests learn to make the same wide ‘sen yai’ rice noodle that can be used in popular Thai dishes such as ‘pad see ew’ or drunken noodles. When the noodles are out of the steamer and sliced, we’ll stir fry the noodles and enjoy your creation.

Afterwards, we will make a dessert noodle served in coconut milk!

Of all the dishes we have taught students to prepare, this is one of our favorites because it can be easily replicated at home with few ingredients.
